Which schools district would my children attend?
Privilege Creek Estates is located in the award-winning Comfort Independent School District. K-5th grade students attend Comfort Elementary, grades 6-8 go to Comfort Middle School and 9-12 attend Comfort High School. Complete information on CISD can be found at www.comfort.txed.net.
Where are utilities located?
Electric and phone lines are buried underground to keep the views pristine. We are also blessed that there are no massive power line towers obscuring the natural landscape.
How do taxes compare to other counties?

What about water and sewer?
Water is provided by water wells drilled by individual landowners. Septic systems are used for wastewater treatment. Your Privilege Creek Estates representative can give you all the details.
